The Office of the Registrar and Municipal Clerk keeps official Township records, issues licenses and dispenses voter registration forms.  The Municipal Clerk is also the liaison to the Township Council and administrator of the regular Council meetings.

Voter registration
Voter registration forms are available in the Office of the Registrar and Municipal Clerk, Suite 107 at Town Hall. Voting is in person at the polling place in your electoral district. A sample ballot indicating polling places and hours will be mailed to registered voters before each election. The Clerk's Office also has absentee ballot applications on hand.

Public information and vital records
The Office of the Registrar and Municipal Clerk handles requests for information, permits and vital records, including marriage, birth and death certificates.

For marriage license applications, please call 856.488.7892 to set up an appointment. At the time of the appointment, the bride, groom and one witness over the age of 18 that knows both the bride and groom must be present to complete the marriage license.ffle licenses
